Qualification:

(i) Manager-Ramp/ Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 20 years of experience. Graduate with 20 years of experience. MBA with 17 years of experience. B.E in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 15 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(ii) Deputy Manager Ramp/ Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 16 years of experience. Graduate with 16 years of experience. MBA with 12 years of experience. B.E in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 11 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(iii) Senior Supervisor-Ramp/ Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 13 years of work experience. Graduate with 13 years of work experience, B.E in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 8 years of work experience, Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) with Driving License within 12 months. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(iv) Junior Supervisor-Ramp/Maintenance:

  • Candidates must have passed Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 7 years of work experience. Graduate with 07 years of work experience, a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Valid Driving License within 12 months or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(v) Senior Ramp Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed ITI with NCTVT (Total 4 years) in motor vehicle Auto Electrical / Air conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench fitter / Welder, Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering with 4 years of work experience, Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(vi) Ramp Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench Fitter/ Welder., Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ Production / Electronics/ Automobile, or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(vii) Utility Agent and Ramp Driver:

  • Candidates must have passed the 10th, Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or GS Equipment Operating Permit (EOP). HMV Driving License with 2 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(viii) Terminal Manager – Passenger:

  • Candidates must have passed a Graduate with 20 years of experience. MBA with 17 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator with 8 years. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(xi) Dy. Terminal Manager – Pax:

  • Graduate with 18 years of experience. MBA with 15 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator with 6 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(x) Duty Officer (Passenger):

  • Candidates must have passed a Graduate with 12 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed with 4 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(xi) Terminal Manager – Cargo:

  • Candidates must have passed a Graduate with 20 years of experience. MBA with 17 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator with 8 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(xii) Dy. Terminal Manager – Cargo :

  • Candidates must have passed a Graduate with 18 years of experience. MBA with 15 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator with 6 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(xiii) Duty Manager – Cargo:

  • Candidates must have passed a Graduate with 16 years of experience. Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator with 4 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(xiv) Duty Officer – Cargo:

(xv) Junior Officer – Cargo:

(xvi) Senior Customer Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed a Graduate with 05 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
  • Good command of spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.

(xvii) Customer Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO. Graduate. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
  • Good command of spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.

(xviii) Junior Customer Service Executive:

Candidates must have passed the 12th, Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Good command of spoken and written English apart from that Hindi.

(xix) Para Medical and Customer Service Executive:

  • Candidates must have passed Graduate with Diploma/ B.Sc in Nursing. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
