Qualification Details:

• Senior Associate (Technical): Candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile/Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Civil Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Senior Associate (Fire & Safety): Candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in Fire/Fire & Safety Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Senior Associate (Marketing): Candidates must have passed the MBA in Marketing/Oil & Gas/Petroleum and Energy/Energy and Infrastructure/International Business or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Senior Associate (Finance & Accounts): Candidates must have passed the CA/ CMA, ICWA, MBA or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Senior Associate (Company Secretary): Candidates must have passed As Per Norms (Company Secretary) or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Senior Associate (Human Resource): Candidates must have passed the MBA/ MSW/ Post Graduation Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resources Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Junior Associate (Technical): Candidates must have passed the Diploma in  Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics/ Civil Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
