Monsoon Session 2020 of Parliament Concluded
The Monsoon 2020 session of Parliament began on September 14, 2020. On October 1, 2020, The session was scheduled to culminate but due to the risks of a COVID-19 pandemic, the session was adjourned sine die on September 23, 2020. 22 bills (6 in Rajya Sabha and 16 in Lok Sabha, were introduced during the session. The lower and upper houses individually passed 25 bills each, 27 bills were passed by both houses of the Parliament.
