✅ Educational Qualification and Experience:
✔️ Project Head: PhD with minimum of 12 years of experience, or M.Tech (in any branch of engineering or science) with minimum of 15 years of experience, in an academic setting/industry in the area of bioinformatics/ computational biology/ data science, out of which 5 years must be in scientific/ technical, program/project leadership role.
✔️ Senior Scientist (Bioinformatics / IT): PhD with minimum of 09) years of experience, or M.Tech in CS/ IT/ E&C/ Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/Data Science with minimum of 12 years of experience, in an academic setting/ industry in the area of bioinformatics/ computational based data analytics or implementation of leading open source applications for high throughput analysis of biological data on CPU/GPU clusters and cloud.
✔️ Research Consultant: PhD with minimum of 09 years of experience, or MTech in CS/ IT/ E&C/ Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/ Data Science with minimum of 12 years of experience, or B.Tech in CS/ IT/ E&C/ Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/ Data Science or MCA with minimum 15 years of of experience in an academic setting/ industry in the area of bioinformatics/ computational biology/ data science, out of which 3 years must be in scientific/ technical program/ project leadership role.
✔️ Database Manager: PhD with 03 years of experience,or MTech in CS/ IT/ E&C/ Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/ Data Science with 08 years of experience in an academic setting/ industry in design/ implementation of modern database technologies, HPC and parallel computing, cloud computing etc.
✔️ Scientist: PhD with 3 years of experience,or MTech (in any branch of engineering/ science) with 6 years of experience in an academic setting/ industry in the area of bioinformatics/ computational biology/ data science, genomics/ proteomics / metabolomics, structural biology, biodiversity etc.
✔️ Database Engineer/ Software Developer: M.Tech (in any branch of engineering/ science) with 05 years of experience,or B.Tech /MSc in any branch of engineering/ science or MCA with 08 years of experience in database/software design/development and programming skills relating to modern database technologies, HPC and parallel computing, cloud computing etc.in IT industry or academic setup.
✔️ Data Curator: MTech in CS/ IT/ E&C/ Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/ Data Science with 04 years of experience,or MCA/BTech in CS/IT/E&C/Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology/Data Science,or MSc (Biological Sciences) with six (06)years of experience in the area of bioinformatics/ computational biology/ data science, genomics/ proteomics /metabolomics, structural biology, biodiversity etc.
✔️ System Administrator: MTech (CS/IT/E&C) with 05years of experience,or BTech /MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with 08 years of experience in managing and maintaining a large data centre or similar infrastructure.
✔️ Storage Administrator: MTech (CS/IT/E&C) with 05 years of experience,or BTech /MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with 08 years of experience in managing and maintaining the state-of-the-art Storage technologies (SAN/NAS), Backup/Recovery in large data centers.
✔️ Network Administrator: MTech (CS/IT/E&C) with 05years of experience,o r BTech /MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with 08 years of experience.
✔️ Senior Programmer: MTech in CS/IT/E&C with 05 years of experience,or BTech/MSc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with 08 years experience.
✔️ Administrative Officer: Graduate with 05 years of experience in office administration and finance, understanding of HR and finance rules of the GOI is desirable.
✔️ Programmer: B.Tech/ M.Sc in CS/ IT/ E&C or MCA with 04 years of experience.
✔️ Technical Assistant-A: B.Tech/M.Sc in CS/IT/E&C or MCA with 03 years of experience in hardware/ network management.
